Using wasted energy with weight of train
The company obtained a patent with energy generation system using weight of train on the rail developed in 2016. The basic principle of this system is that a piston that produces pressure using hydraulic pressure and a hydraulic cylinder containing it are fixed in the space between the sleepers under the rails, so that when the electric vehicle moves, the kinetic energy of the fluid generated by the load is converted into pressure energy and stored in the load pressure collection device. It can be mounted on top of the rails already in place, so there is no need to replace the rails, and it is also a very stable technology in terms of energy productivity because the load is transferred continuously over a period of time.

Jeong came to Seoul in 1968 after completing junior high school, studied at the International TV Academy and worked as a technician at KBS. After working as a technician at Daehan Color, he started his own business in 1978, and after 46 years of working in electrical technology, he began developing commercial technologies such as hair dryer silencing technology. As he watched the train run, he thought it was such a waste to waste all the energy generated by such a heavy motorized vehicle. He thought it would be possible to store the load of an electric vehicle as pressure energy through fluid pressure and use it to drive a fluid motor to generate power continuously. He applied the appropriate theory and built the system one by one, and eventually succeeded in obtaining a patent. This patented technology is in collaboration with a university and is in need of investment and technical cooperation.
The electric power generation system using electric vehicle load is expected to be of sufficient interest to professional investors because a load pressure collection device is installed in the space between the rail and the sleeper placed at the lower part of the rail, and since it is placed at the lower part of the rail and the rail that directly receives the load of the electric vehicle, it is possible to generate a stable hydraulic force by transmitting a stable load for a certain period of time.
