"Small details make what is called a luxury house" says Garim Space CEO Jaewoo Im. A luxury house makes us think it is big and expensive and has a swimming pool garden. What if that luxury house has a leakage problem that the water drops down from the roof? Can we still call it a luxury house while details are none to be found? Im points out that a good wooden house must be built with good materials and has no functional problems. It must be warm in winter, cool in summer and repair-friendly in case leaks and such. 

"In order to do that, the builder must have a certain level of skills, knowledge and experience as well as work ethic who responsibly takes all necessary measures from beginning to end with the pride and honor. This is because most clients do not know whether something is done poorly as roofing or covering the house conceals all of these unseeable faults but the builder alone" emphasizes Im.

Structure-wide, Garim Space uses each pipe for each unit necessary without separating from single pipe. This makes it easy to change a malfunction pipe with a new pipe without touching many other pipes at the same time which is a headache. 

Roof and vent also are worth paying attention. The warm roof used by Garim Space is double layered to block leaks and dew condensation and the stego wrap method perfectly cuts off exposure to any carcinogen such as radon. While cold roof is vulnerable to leaks and dews, warm roof proves it to be excellent for insulation and ventilation. In other words, it makes the house warm in winter and cool in summer.

Exterior is applied with R-FLEX and interior with variable water-proof material to prevent humidity in summer. This variable water-proof material is made in Germany and it is eco-friendly and expensive. In fact, it requires a considerable amount of labor to apply thoroughly but Garim Space has no complaints doing this. 

Thanks to this responsible construction, you should not expect cheap price for a house built by Garim Space. However, considering the materials used and the level of completion, you would rather feel the price is reasonable.
