President Moon paid a visit to Kyungdong Elementary School in Seoul on 4 April to be a one-day care teacher. Care teachers are teachers who take care of children whose parents are busy working even after the school hours. Moon and actor Jang Shin-young read children a book <I’m A Horrible Wolf> and shared snacks with them. A meeting was held with school parents and educational officials afterwards to exchange opinions about the after school care programs. As a result, Moon promised to increase the number of the children using the care programs to 200,000 and expand the time until 7p.m from the current 5p.m.
