(PowerKorea) South Korea is experiencing unprecedented boom of meal-for-one market as the number of single person households are increasing rapidly. Whether dining out or delivery, restaurant runners are moving fast alongside large food companies to introduce single meal menus and kits to take advantageous positions in the market. Competitions are fierce and strategies are fresh. Those who are behind of ideas and trend are often out of business sooner than they thought.

South Korean meal-for-one food franchise BeomBros is among these competitors and the company is building brand recognition with ‘minimum investment maximum profit strategy’ through its two brands Dupbab 90°C and Cafe JUMP. They can be run shop in shop for cost effectiveness and target single dinners in both dinning out and delivery to make profits.

Dupbab 90°C is topping-based rice restaurant with variety of ingredients for dinners to choose from meat to sea food while Cafe JUMP also runs common menus found in any other coffee shops on the market to meet people’s preference for popular food. Dupbab 90°C is 50 in numbers nationwide including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Daejeon, Cheonan and Cheongju with 50 to 100 average daily delivery orders per store.

It does not take an arm and a leg to open a store according to an official of BeomBros as the head office provides recipes, sauces and bowls so that even novice restaurant operators can start the business without a hassle and sums of money. Most menus are ready to go within 10 minutes of orders followed by prompt delivery. New menu development, training and market analysis are also arranged on a regular basis to keep the business rolling in good shape.

“We are young and we are challenging and we have passion for success. I and my team and business partners will keep working together to grow together and to make a history in the Korean food franchise market” says Beomseo Gu, CEO of BeomBros.

Proving its excellent management system and quality of the food, Dupbab 90°C won the KCA Franchise Awards 2021 in the Korean food (dupbab) category.
