KOTRA helps micro-enterprises to sell products overseas

(PowerKorea) KOTRA set sail University Student Digital Marketers on July 5 for 10 micro-enterprises to sell their product overseas. The 30 members of the marketers went through 4.5 to 1 competition and were chosen for excellence in contents creating and foreign language ability. Among the 30 are 4 of foreign students from France and China. A team is formed by 3 marketers, 1 micro-enterprise and 1 export expert of KOTRA to create videos, web catalogues and many more. The contents created by the marketers are used in 127 KOTRA trade centers in 84 countries. KOTRA plays a role to find buyers and bridge a deal. The marketers can have an opportunity to work for the company they helped as internship after the session is over. University Student Digital Marketers is to be launched in Busan and Gwangju within this year. KOTRA targets to foster 120 marketers by the end of the year.

KOTRA donates used goods to Good Will Store, Gangnam Seoul

KOTRA staff gathered 1,500 goods from their home and donated to Good Will Store, Gangnam Seoul. 12 Good Will Stores nationwide is offering jobs to 262 people with developmental disabilities. KOTRA said that they would carry on the donation in a way to help vulnerable social groups.
