Growing of population and industry is causing pollutions alongside benefiting convenience of our lives. Pollutions are accelerating global warming and factories are making us breathe fine dusts in the air.
Many city dwellers are using bus stops where cars pass by emitting constantly the exhaust and commuters suffer from the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. Hong Jin-hyung, CEO of Eco & Tech focused on this and brought up an eco-friendly mobile smart bus stop.
The tempered glass of the smart bus stop is tinted to block the ultraviolet rays by 99%, displays running times of the buses, installed with air purifier and thermal bench and controled remotely by using IoT technologies.
"We cover from A to Z like manufacturing to maintenance. We have signed with the Public Procurement Service, Iksan City, Andong City, Gimcheon City and Gyeongju City and are working with more local governments. The screen in the smart bus stop not only displays the running times but also the commercials that can contribute to promoting local economy" explains Hong.
Taking the momentum, CEO Hong is determined to push up the production and supply contracts so that more people in South Korea can benefit from all year round smart bus stop system.
