In accordance with the Occupation Safety and Health Acts, companies with more than 5 employees must give staff training yearly or quarterly on sexual discrimination, personal information, health and safety and disabled (applies to more than 1 employee) in order to avoid fines.

The education specialist and the CEO of Bridge N Education Kim Hye-won says "The training might be tiresome for companies but there is reasons of this law. Like we see nowadays, Me Too movement is taking a considerable part of the media and it means that the long time ignored harassment and discrimination are rising on the surface. If the training must have been well practiced, the situation might not be as bad as today."

"We need education that can draw the change of our prejudice. Chance of thoughts brings change of action. I observed that many unpleasant events in the work place ascribe to lack of recognition and training."

Regarding the awareness on disabled, Kim says "Many people seem to think that disabled might give low performance in terms of work efficiency or they might be the cause of troubles. I've interviewed many disabled and most of them voiced together that they don't ask for concession but just see them without prejudice and give equal job opportunity. This is very important point for both normal and disabled as removing this prejudice is the foundation to create synergy effect in the work place and in the society as whole."

Those who have listened to Kim's lectures give testimony about her character with such words passionate, hitting the spot and cheerful.

"I believe one's cheerfulness spreads fast to one's surroundings. I don't need to be a comedian to be cheerful but I should give the real story I experienced in order to draw "Yeh, that's right" from the audience because they have had the same experience or thought before. This makes me and the audience cheerful as well as the atmosphere of the lecture room."

"I feel really rewarded when a listener or two or more of my lecture wait patiently until I organize my stuff after the lecture to give an complimentary word or to ask a hand shake."

Meanwhile, Kim is serving as a member of the management of Seocho Village Community run by Seoul Metropolitan City in an effort to create jobs in the area and to promote communications between the residents.

Kim in particular has engaged in 15 programs relating to family, natural cosmetics, communal kitchens and forest experience and has contributed to raising the level of consolidation between the residents and their networks.

Currently, Kim has rolled up her sleeve to find and foster talented future educational specialists through her unique instructor's courses despite the fact that she is a really busy mom of three children.
